1. Introduction

Welcome to royaleglamspa.com. These terms and conditions govern the use of our website and the services provided by ROYALE GLAM SPA INC. By accessing and using our site, you agree to comply with these terms in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our site.

3. Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds or cancellations. However, we do offer the opportunity to reschedule your event for another available date within 3 months of the original event date (subject to availability).
The reservation is secured with a 50% deposit (non-refundable). NO CANCELLATIONS are allowed; you can only reschedule the event up to 7 days in advance.
Please ensure all guests arrive and are ready for the Glam 'n' Party Bus arrival. The event will start on time and cannot wait for late guests.

4. Conditions for Condominiums and Places with Associations

Approval / Parking Space: You must obtain the necessary approvals from your association prior to the event date. Obtain entry, space use, and parking permits for the Glam 'n' Party Bus. A minimum of 25 feet of space is needed to park the bus.
ROYALE GLAM SPA INC. is not responsible for inconveniences caused by the lack of permits and authorizations. The CLIENT must provide enough space to park our spa bus. This space must be cleared at the time of our arrival and departure.
If you live in a condominium or association, you should inform us about our visit and ask for the necessary requirements to provide them in advance.

5. Event Services

As the representative and legal guardian, I authorize my client to apply disposable facial masks, makeup with gems and glitter, nail polish, hairstyles, and the use of colored hair extensions.

6. Promotional Purposes

I also authorize that the videos and photographs taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes for ROYALE GLAM SPA INC. The photographs, videos, and all content may be disseminated on social media such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, WhatsApp, websites, and TikTok.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on the website.
It is the user's responsibility to regularly review these terms to stay informed of any changes.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country where ROYALE GLAM SPA INC. is located.
Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
